Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using automatedrevenue.systems or purchasing any products or services offered by Automated Revenue Systems, a brand of Magic Life LLC ("Automated Revenue Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Products and Services

Automated Revenue Systems offers digital products, automation systems, software licenses, courses, books, and related services (collectively, "Products"). All Products are provided "as described" on the applicable product page at time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Terms

Where an account is required to access a Product or service, you agree to: provide accurate, complete, and current information; maintain the security of your password; notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account; and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Billing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. For subscription Products, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing interval. Prices may be changed with at least 30 days' written notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is set out in the separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most digital Products. Please review the Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or copy the Site's content in a manner that violates these Terms
• Resell or redistribute Products without our express written consent
• Use our Products to spam, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of our Products
• Use the Site to collect others' personal information without consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and methodologies — is owned by or licensed to Automated Revenue Systems and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Automated Revenue," "AR Score," and "AR System" names and marks are trademarks of Magic Life LLC.

When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or sublicense any Product without prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the Site (e.g., reviews, feedback, testimonials), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the promotion of our Products and services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Products may integrate with third-party services (e.g., CRM platforms, email providers, ad platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOMATED REVENUE SYSTEMS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Automated Revenue Systems and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Products.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration shall take place in Puerto Rico. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g., email notification). Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or any Product at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Automated Revenue Systems regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
